International Fine Art and Antiques Fairs

Over 80 specialist dealers from around the world took part as leading figures from Emirates society, including members of the Royal Family, were amongst buyers attending the Abu Dhabi and Dubai International Fine Art and Antiques Fairs.

Among the disciplines represented were Contemporary and Traditional Art and Sculpture as well as antiques including European and Asian ceramics and glass; clocks; scientific instruments; modern and antiquarian prints; posters and maps; books; decorative antiques; European, Asian and Oriental furniture; metalwork; Oriental carpets, tapestries and textiles; jewellery; antiquities and Asian works of art; silver and silver plate; antique lighting and objets d’art. Exhibits were not be restricted by dateline but quality was subject to inspection by the Standards Committee.

With exhibitors from across the world participating, this truly international fair was widely praised for the very high quality of exhibits and the superb level of presentation. The fair featured professional stand-fitting with four and five metre tall panels, augmented by superior lighting, luxurious carpeting and an ambience of exclusivity that complemented the range of fine art and antiques on sale.
