In January 2008 MEOST welcomed leading experts and academics from around the world to discuss the latest issues current technology available to the growing ocean technology and marine science industry.

The event successfully showcased new technologies, products, services and solutions from the seafloor to sea surface, for the offshore, military, government, shipping, coastal, transportation, academic, science and corporate industry.

Visiting buyers included engineers, scientists, government, military and industry professionals who used MEOST as an essential marketplace to source products and services and build relationships with hundreds of global suppliers.

MEOST was where deals were made and investment opportunities identified. The event provided a global focal point for suppliers, buyers and users of marine technology alike.
