The World Future Energy Summit brings together the key decision makers to debate the global agenda on climate change and alternative energy strategies including presentations by heads of state, heads of companies and others making the big sustainable energy solution decisions.

Break out sessions look at the reality, the technology and the potential with a mix of political debate, investment opportunities and technical solutions. An international exhibition also showcases the latest developments in future energy allowing you to meet the key decision makers within this growing industry at one time in one place.

The first WFES in 2008 attracted over 11,000 attendees from 77 countries including governments, NGOs, environmental agencies, energy professionals, venture capitalists, investors, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, architects, civil engineers, construction, contractors, developers, town planners, transport suppliers and car manufacturers.

Total visitor attendance in 2008 was 11,272 people from 77 countries over 3 days.

48% of attendees are personally responsible for purchasing, authorising and specifying Future Energy Technology.

97% of 2008 attendees surveyed said they would be looking to attend the summit again in 2009.

93% said that they achieved all of their objectives of attending in 2008.
